Our Staff

Amy lives in St. Augustine with her husband of nearly 30 years, Michael, and she has one grown son. In April 2026, Amy celebrated her 25 year work anniversary as the Practice Manager of Coastal Foot & Ankle. Her favorite part of her job is the people. She has worked with the doctors for nearly half of her life and they, and the rest of the staff, have become a second family to her, as have many of the patients. She says she genuinely could not imagine doing anything else and there is no place else she’d rather be. In her free time, Amy likes spending time with her family and hopes to travel more. Puerto Rico is one of her favorite destinations, though her dream has always been to see Paris. For the past few years, she also manages her own crafting business on the side. Amy is a Stage 3 cancer (chemo and radiation) survivor and grateful for each day she has been blessed with since her diagnosis.

Sandy lives in Orange Park and is happily married. She has three children and is also a dog Mom to their doggie, Apollo. Sandy has known the doctors and the Practice Manager for over 20 years. Approximately 20 years ago, Sandy worked with all three of them for several years, before moving out of state for a decade. Upon her return to Florida 8 years ago, she rejoined the team at Coastal. Sandy says that not only is Coastal a wonderful place to work, but she’s proud that the patients will always feel heard and taken care of. She also says that at Coastal, she doesn’t just feel like an employee, she feels like family. When not at work, Sandy says she just loves to enjoy life. She loves to listen to all kinds of music– especially anything with a beat that she can sing or dance to. She also loves going bowling or going to the water park. If she could go anywhere in the world, she’d love to visit Africa as she says she’d like to explore where her ancestors came from….

Nicole is happily married with 5 awesome children, 5 beautiful grandchildren and many fun pets. Nicole has been with Coastal for just over 6 years. She says that working for Coastal has been a huge blessing to her life. She says that she is thankful for awesome coworkers, genuinely great doctors and the most awesome patients who make her days very happy. When not at work, Nicole loves spending time with her family and she loves the outdoors. If she could go anywhere in the world, she’d love to travel to Italy to explore the country and also take some cooking classes.

Jake lives in St. Augustine and has 2 cat buddies. Jake has worked for Coastal for just over 7 years and he loves working at Coastal because he loves the people he works with and he is especially grateful to work for such amazing doctors. In his free time, Jake loves to listen to music. He has a diverse preference and listens to all sorts of music, with his favorites being the sounds of the 60’s to early 90’s. Jake loves all formats of music and has an extensive collection of records, cassettes, CDs and even 8-tracks. If he could go anywhere in the world, Jake would like to visit Las Vegas or explore some of the big cities of California.

Sarah works as the Front Desk Receptionist of our Palatka office and has been with the practice since the start of 2026. When not at the office, Sarah enjoys playing disc golf, allergen-free cooking and watching ‘The WHY Files’. She enjoys all sorts of music of different genres, but Bright Eyes, Oliver Tree, Weezer and System of a Down are some of her favorites. If she had the opportunity to travel anywhere, her top three wishes would be to spend time in Ireland or Japan. Or, more locally, she would love to spend the day in Cassadaga, Florida.

Olga works in the Palatka location and she is the proud Mom of one daughter and one son and they have 2 Siamese cats. Olga has worked for Coastal for just over 3 years and says she loves to help patients live happy, healthy lives. She says her favorite part about working for Coastal is the actual work environment and how everyone at Coastal is one big family. When not at work, Olga loves to go on adventures with her kids and making memories with them. If she could travel anywhere in the world, she would love to explore the architecture of Spain.

Amber works in St. Augustine and is the proud single Mom to son Drayen (11) and daughter, Zayna (6). She is also expecting an addition to the family, a girl, in January. Amber has been with Coastal for just over 7 months and she says she loves the patients and she loves the atmosphere at work and the positive vibes. She says the staff is so kind and caring and everyone feels like family. When not at work, she loves going to the beach, paddle boarding, watching her son play basketball and any kind of outdoor activity. More than anything, she enjoys spending time with her kids. If Amber could travel anywhere in the world, she’d like to go to countries where people are less fortunate and try to help in some way.

Tara recently moved to St. Augustine from Washington with her husband, who serves in the U.S. Navy. She has worked for Coastal for only a few months, but says she enjoys helping patients and she likes that her coworkers are kind and supportive. When not at work, Tara loves reading, biking, fun at the beach and pickleball. She says if she had a day to pick to do absolutely anything, she would spend that time at the lake and would love to have all of her family with her to enjoy that time together.
