Superb care from probably the finest podiatrist in the greater St Augustine area. Dr Concha took charge of a swollen and painful foot and ankle and through an expertly managed treatment plan, brought me back to a complete recovery. Dr Concha and his staff and fellow doctors were a pleasure to deal with. Dr Concha is a very personable, highly trained and an expert physician who has years of experience that he applies to every foot and ankle problem. This practice is one of the best. Their level of care and attention is top-notch. As someone with diabetes, I know that foot care is one of the most important aspects of maintaining good health. From routine checkups to minor procedures, they will take excellent care of you.

Dr. Concha is a wonderful physician—attentive, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional care, often tempered with blunt but necessary truths. Drs. Johnson and Ivankiv should not be overlooked, either. Although they are not the doctors I see most often, their professionalism and genuine concern for their patients inspire confidence and trust.

My husband and I actually look forward to seeing Dr. Ivankiv. He is caring, thoroughly professional, and clear in offering explanations and advice for better foot care. Great practice: professional, friendly and clean. You can relax in a massage chair with a hot towel on your feet during a short wait for the doctor. Dr Ivankiv is wonderful, very kind and very knowledgeable. He explained my condition in an understandable way and outlined a course of treatment that proved successful in short order. I have known Dr. Conchas for many years. I met him taking my sister in laws Mom, Margaret to him at least 20 years ago. She loved him. I started going there and he is very knowledgeable about feet in general. He has treated my feet which I had a bad fungas, and damaged nail and toe. He kept my toe alive by his expert skills. He has never lost a foot or leg. His Pedifix foot wash is the best! It is sold world wide and on Amazon. He has a Christmas in July special of, buy two get one free!  I buy mine then and at Christmas with same special. He has a great sense of humor. Love his office staff! Have known Bobbie Jo and the other girls for awhile now. I visited COASTAL FOOT & ANKLE WELLNESS CENTER because I had developed an abscess (bacterial infection) following an ankle tap from another podiatrist (see my review of John Northrup of Superior Podiatry in Palm Coast / St Augustine). Although I wound up having to go to the MAYO CLINIC in Jacksonville for two surgeries to address the abscess, the podiatrist and staff at COASTAL FOOT & ANKLE WELLNESS CENTER were excellent!

When you walk in to the office, it is beautifully decorated and makes you feel very welcome. Every staff member I’ve encountered has been friendly, helpful and caring. All of the doctors are extremely knowledgeable and explain everything in detail. They don’t overbook their schedules as most every doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. This office is amazing! As soon as you walk in, you feel at home. First, the decor and music is very welcoming. Staff is happy and professional. My experience with Joy and Amy, made me feel that they cared. All the staff is amazing!
Doctor Ivankiv helped me get to a point, with my foot, that I can walk better now, than I did when I first entered the office.

I had a horrible laceration to my foot when it slipped off a wet boat dock and went into a sharp oyster bed... very Painful and serious. Dr. Johnson got me in immediately and did in my opinion a thorough and excellent job of treating this nasty wound and stitching it up... fortunate to have him and his expertise. I have been seen by both Dr. Johnson and Dr. Concha.  Both of them are such wonderful doctors.  They really listen to you and unlike other podiatrists I've seen, they are really down to earth and you can talk to them.  I've experienced a lot of nerve pain and balance issues since going thru chemo and radiation and they've both given excellent care.  I've known them for nearly two decades and I could not more highly recommend them.
[Wanting to give full disclosure, I have been the Practice Mgr for these doctors for over 18 years.  I also think it speaks volumes of the character of both of the doctors that the majority of our staff have been here for 10+ years.
